Billing & Refund Policy

Membership billing
Membership is month-to-month, with no minimum commitment. Your monthly rate is set when you join and stays locked for as long as your membership is continuous — no cohort's rate ever rises mid-relationship. Monthly dues are billed monthly on your join date; your billing month runs from that date to the same date the next month.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime — no notice period, no cancellation fee. Cancel yourself through your patient portal or by emailing support@conscious.health. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month; your membership and member pricing continue through the end of that month. There is no proration for partial months.
If you rejoin later, you rejoin at the rate then offered — rate locks apply to continuous membership.
Annual memberships
Annual plans waive the onboarding fee. If you cancel mid-term, we refund the unused full months of your plan on a pro-rata basis, less the $349 onboarding fee that was waived at enrollment.
Onboarding fee
The $349 onboarding fee covers your comprehensive intake lab panel and first clinical review — it is charged once, and its content is the panel. If you convert to membership after non-member services and your comprehensive panel is recent (within six months), the onboarding fee is waived; if your panel is older, the fee applies. You are never charged twice for the same panel.
Medications and compounded prescriptions
Medication orders are paid at the time of ordering. Once your prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Compounded medications are prepared individually for you and cannot be restocked or resold. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@conscious.health and we will make it right.
Labs
Member lab work bills at our cost from the laboratory — no markup. Non-member panels are billed at the published prices. Purchased lab panels are refundable in full at any time before your specimen is collected; once your specimen is collected, lab fees are non-refundable.
Coaching programs
Coaching programs are billed as program blocks at enrollment per the program terms presented at signup. Program fees are refundable in full before your program begins; once your program has started, coaching blocks are non-refundable.
Non-member services
Non-member services (comprehensive panel + consultation bundle, follow-up panels, standalone consultations) are paid at booking and are refundable in full if canceled more than 48 hours before your appointment. Within 48 hours of your appointment, fees are non-refundable. For the panel + consultation bundle, the lab rule above also applies — once your specimen is collected, the panel portion is non-refundable.

Billing questions and disputes: support@conscious.health. We respond within two business days. Contact us before initiating a card dispute — most issues resolve in one exchange.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Changes never raise a locked membership rate mid-relationship.
